Given the impact of COVID-19 and the current situation worldwide, please note that we are experiencing some delays in processing shipments in our facility. We will be doing our best to deliver your shipments as soon as possible and based on the below schedules, we will keep you posted on the latest updates.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.   

Delivery over weekends is not possible. In case of high volume of orders, please expect 1-2 business days delay and in case of such delay we will notify you by email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates.

Store pickup is allowed during business days (Mon – Fri) between 10.00 AM – 06.30 PM, in case you’d like to pick your order up from our store, please mention this in the notes in the checkout page or notify us by email  info@hczone.eu as soon as you place your order.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping location is Tallinn, Estonia.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking.

Once the order is shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer including the tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes.

Valtan Invest OÜ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages.

Valtan Invest OÜ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at info@hczone.eu to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
